Job Description:

In this role, you'll oversee production operations across multiple shifts, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality standards, and a safe working environment. You'll lead shift supervisors and machine operators, coordinate production schedules, monitor equipment performance, and work closely with multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise production teams across multiple shifts to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met Schedule production, monitor machine performance, and minimize downtime through proactive planning Train and support operators and shift leads while ensuring quality control procedures are followed Coordinate raw material inventory, equipment maintenance, and production documentation Identify process improvements and communicate production updates to management

Shift/Hours:

Monday

• Friday Typically 7:00am
• 4:00pm or 8:00am
• 5:00pm Must be flexible to visit all three production shifts as needed.

Job Requirements Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment required Strong knowledge of production scheduling, quality control, and continuous improvement practices Experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes and leading production teams Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work a flexible schedule to support multiple shifts as needed Ready to make a move?
