Key Responsibilities Daily Operations & Workflow:

Coordinate daily packaging activities, manage employee breaks/lunches, and assign tasks to ensure production goals and key performance indicators are achieved efficiently.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety regulations, workplace safety protocols, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Material & Logistics Management:

Ensure raw materials and packaging supplies are available to maintain continuous production, and safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Training & Coaching:

Train employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety requirements while providing ongoing coaching and constructive feedback.

Continuous Improvement:

Monitor product quality, maintain peak workplace organization (5S), and communicate opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall operational excellence.

Culture & Accountability:

Foster teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture through transparent communication and motivational leadership.

Skills & Experience Leadership Background:

Proven experience as a Team Lead, Line Lead, Shift Lead, or Supervisor in a food manufacturing, packaging, or industrial production environment ( Food manufacturing experience is strongly preferred ).

Technical Expertise:

Strong background operating packaging machines and mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment efficiently.

Industry Standards:

Deep understanding of safety standards in production environments, including strict adherence to GMP and food safety compliance.

Core Skills:

Strong organizational, problem-solving, time-management, and basic math skills for measuring, counting, and quality control checks.

Communication & Drive:

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate staff in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
