Shift:
3pm-12amResponsibilities:
- Lead and manage production-floor employees, including personnel administration, coaching, development, and day-to-day workforce oversight
- Maintain a safe, productive, and compliant manufacturing environment while actively engaging with employees on the production floor
- Develop a hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment to effectively support daily production operations
- Monitor department productivity and production effectiveness, including production reporting, procedures, and inventory management
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, product specifications, and safety requirements across production activities
Qualifications:
- Hands-on manufacturing experience, with the ability to maintain an active presence on the production floor
- Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing employees, including handling disciplinary matters
- Familiarity with time and attendance systems; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- College degree or equivalent industry experience preferred, with a solid understanding of manufacturing operations
