Rosina Foods is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead daily production and sanitation operations at our West Seneca facility. If you're passionate about team development, quality, and safety—we want to hear from you.
Pay & Benefits:
$80,000

What You'll Do:
Lead and support your team through daily production goals Oversee scheduling, equipment operations, and shift transitions Monitor product quality and make real-time adjustments Coach, train, and evaluate hourly associates Promote a culture of safety, cleanliness, and food safety compliance Collaborate across departments (Sanitation, Quality, Maintenance) Use tools like Shop Logix, Safety Chain, and Corvium to support workflow and training Maintain proper documentation and cleanliness during sanitation activities
What You Bring:
2-3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in food production Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills Familiarity with OSHA and safety best practices Comfortable using basic computer programs and production software Bilingual or prior sanitation certification (CCP1/CCP2) is a plus
Work Environment:
