As a Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for: Oversee, mentor, and train plant associates on 2nd shift Achieve production target by producing quality products daily Strive to achieve the highest product quality possible, resolve any issues in a timely manner Immediately address production issues related to breakdowns, scrap, quality, process control Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement and six sigma events Ensure safety on the production floor Qualifications for the Manufacturing Supervisor role include: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in similar supervisory position Prior work experience in a high-speed/high-volume manufacturing environment Excellent leadership ability, great communication skills Prior lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or six sigma experience
