Shift Production Supervisor Starting Salary:

$76,500-85,000 (plus 10% shift differential) Job Description The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations by planning schedules, assigning work, and maintaining staffing levels to support efficient workflow and operational consistency. This role provides leadership and support to employees while promoting safety, productivity, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the facility. Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The standard hours for this position are 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM. Why Work Here? Responsibilities Review weekly quality control reports and take corrective action on identified issues. Participate in weekly quality meetings to set and implement team-specific quality goals. Engage in team lead meetings to identify and resolve shop-wide operational challenges. Document and recommend improvements to new hire training procedures. Ensure full compliance with the new hire onboarding schedule. Manage and track cross-training efforts to maintain staffing flexibility and coverage. Qualifications Leadership experience within a manufacturing setting Ability to operate industrial powered trucks on premise Familiarity with production processes and organization Strong attention to quality and safety Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Etna, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $63502.00 - $63502.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
