Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Preroll Production Supervisor to lead our preroll manufacturing operations. In this role, you will oversee the daily production of pre-rolled cannabis products, ensuring high-quality standards, safety compliance, and efficient workflow. Your leadership will drive process improvements, coordinate with team members, and maintain strict adherence to manufacturing protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to supervise a fast-paced production environment while fostering a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Supervise the entire preroll production process, including material handling, assembly, and packaging. Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with safety standards and company policies. Coordinate and manage production schedules to meet quality and volume targets. Train and oversee production team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality control measures. Utilize Standard Operating Procedures to verify product specifications and quality standards. Maintain accurate production documentation, including logs, reports, and process records. Implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Enforce safety protocols during heavy lifting, manual handling, and mechanical assembly tasks. Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize equipment performance. Experience Proven experience with Preroll Production in the cannabis industry is required. Supervisory experience is required for this position - min. 2+ years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of assembly line processes, mechanical assembly, and the use of measuring instruments. Demonstrated ability to lead teams managing production or assembly operations effectively.
