Shift Schedule:

8:00 PM - 8:00 AM | Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule (12-hour shifts)

Production Manager About the Role Blue Diamond Industries is looking for a hands-on Conduit Production Supervisor to lead our night shift production team in Clinton, SC. This is more than a supervisory position—we're looking for a leader who can motivate a team, drive production, maintain quality standards, and create a safe, productive work environment. Our Core Values Passionate Team Player Open & Honest People-Centric Driven & Dedicated What You'll Do Lead and supervise all Conduit production employees on your assigned shift Ensure production lines are properly staffed and operating safely and efficiently Coach, develop, and support team members while promoting accountability and teamwork Maintain daily production records and required operational documentation Coordinate production priorities with the Production Manager Monitor product quality and ensure production meets specifications Perform machine start-ups, changeovers, and line setups as needed Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime Ensure employees follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and operating procedures Promote housekeeping standards and maintain an organized work area Coordinate employee breaks and lunches while maintaining production flow Cross-train employees to increase department flexibility and efficiency Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 6S and operational excellence Fill in on production lines when needed to support the team Perform additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Experience leading production teams in an industrial setting Strong communication and employee coaching skills Ability to motivate teams while maintaining accountability Experience troubleshooting production issues and keeping operations running efficiently Strong organizational and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous Conduit Team Lead experience preferred Manufacturing leadership experience Forklift experience Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6S, or continuous improvement initiatives Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours Frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds independently Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and repetitive movements Ability to successfully meet the physical requirements during the 90-day introductory period Work Environment Manufacturing production facility Non-climate-controlled environment Exposure to machinery, dust, moderate noise, and industrial equipment Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required Why You'll Love Working Here At Blue Diamond Industries, our employees are the heart of everything we do.
