Carolina Textile Care (CTC) is an established commercial laundry in Early Branch, SC. Our state of the art plant serves exclusively luxury hotels. We are building a culture of quality, integrity and safety to deliver world class service and the highest quality production in the industry.

POSITION

The Shift Supervisor is an experienced production operator and leader responsible for helping oversee the production floor. This includes leading operators to receive goods, meet daily production targets, and prepare goods for delivery. This is a "roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty" position including both operating and supervising responsibilities. The position offers significant opportunity for growth and career advancement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Help oversee an industrial laundry facility in processing and delivery of hotel linens. Work to continuously improve plant productivity and control costs. Closely monitor performance and production of all team members. Communicate consistently with Plant Manager and Plant Supervisor any/all issues of performance, attendance and productivity with plant floor employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have of 2-5 years supervisory experience in a production environment . (do NOT apply if you do not meet this qualification.) Laundry experience is a big plus. You thrive in a fast paced environment, embrace hard work, are punctual and enjoy getting up early in the morning to go to the job. You know how to multi-task and establish priorities. You have the ability to motivate people and focus a team on timely completion of a task. You hold yourself to a high standard. You are always on time, you do not call out, you lead by example; you take pride in what you do

EDUCATION

High School Diploma Required, Post-Secondary studies a plus.
