• Mount Pleasant, SC Branch Flower Shop is hiring a Wedding Production Lead to run the operational side of our wedding team. You will own the schedule, the logistics, and all flower receiving so every wedding moves cleanly from the cooler to the venue. This is a full-time position, 5-6 days a week. Sundays are off. Saturdays and holiday weeks are part of the work, and they are when the role matters most. What you will do Build and manage the wedding team schedule so the right people are in the right place. Handle all flower receiving and prep standards so designers can focus on the work.

Coordinate logistics:

timelines, deliveries, load-ins, helpers, rentals, and venue requirements. Catch gaps early and keep the calendar, the product, and the crew aligned. Work closely with the owners, team leaders and designers so the event side runs smoothly. What you bring Real experience in floral production, events, hospitality, or another horticulture and deadline-driven operation. You have already been responsible for florals and plants, schedules, logistics, receiving, or keeping a team on track. Clear communication and a habit of keeping details straight without being reminded. Comfort on your feet, in a cooler, and on install days. A preference for running the operation well over holding a creative title. Ability to lift and carry 50lbs+ as needed. Floral design skill is useful but not the center of this job. Reliability and organization are.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 50.0 per week
