Craft/Classic Manage day-to-day and long-term operations and staff within a Yates Services area. Responsible for ensuring efficient operations through the management of Technicians and achieving successful customer-facing results by maintaining productive relationships with employees. This individual oversees and is directly involved in more than one of the following operations: Picking Operations, Material Handling, but not limited to; customer service, productivity, claims prevention, timekeeping, and safety. Qualifications Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities. Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments. Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established 5S policies and procedures. Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Relishes leading; takes unpopular stands if necessary; encourages direct and tough debate but isn't afraid to end it and move on; is looked for direction in a crisis; faces adversity head on; energized by tough challenges. Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully, very bottom-line oriented, steadfastly pushes self and others for results.

Education :

High School Diploma or BS/AS Degree preferred

Physical Demands :

Physical duties of job will require employees to stand, walk, and use hands to work with tools, controls, and equipment. Employees will be required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
