This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating work activities, and maintaining quality and productivity standards. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, hands-on experience, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Position Responsibilities Crew Supervision & Coordination Supervise and lead field crews to ensure work is completed on schedule Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to meet project objectives Serve as the primary point of contact between crews and management Safety & Compliance Enforce safety policies, procedures, and jobsite standards Conduct safety briefings and ensure proper use of equipment Identify and address potential hazards to maintain a safe work environment Quality Control & Productivity Ensure work meets required quality standards and specifications Inspect completed work and address issues or rework as needed Promote efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate daily reports, time records, and jobsite documentation Communicate project updates, challenges, and resource needs to management Prerequisites High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role Strong knowledge of field operations, tools, and equipment Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Certifications (Preferred, but not required) OSHA or other relevant safety certifications Trade-specific certifications related to field operations What the Role Offers Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 Opportunities for advancement and leadership development Stable work environment with a focus on safety and teamwork Competitive benefits and support resources Why Canyon?
