JOB ROLE AND SUMMARY

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that daily production runs smoothly and efficiently. They will ensure that plans for each department are executed correctly each day. The Floor Supervisor will be hands-on in floor operations when needed and help to ensure production equipment is properly maintained. The Floor Supervisor is an integral part in maintaining and developing safety protocols and production efficiencies. The Floor Supervisor will manage FIFO systems throughout the building as well as shipping and receiving systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Standard Operating Procedures
• Keep production moving in an effective and efficient manner
• Assist with smokehouse operations
• Assist with USDA paperwork & compliance
• FIFO system management
• Shipping & receiving oversight
• Manage equipment maintenance
• Work in conjunction with QA Supervisor
• Assist with allergen, food safety, and HACCP compliance
• Know all areas of the production floor
• Performs other duties as assigned Leads
• Execution of production schedule
• LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out)
• Safety Awareness
