In this Production Supervisor opportunity, you'll lead production-floor teams and drive safety, quality, and on-time performance across the fabrication operation. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Supervisor position include: 7+ years experience in the metal fabrication/machining industry; 3+ years experience supervising manufacturing personnel; and 3+ years experience with an ISO quality systems organization. Lead and direct area activities and personnel in alignment with plant goals and objectives. Coach and discipline employees while maintaining safety standards and enforcing 6S/5S discipline. Verify and sign off on safety and maintenance checklists per work center, and conduct daily safety/quality/schedule reviews. Ensure quality first article, in-process, and final inspection check sheets are being utilized and completed. Maintain work center organization using shadow boards and dedicated inventory areas for raw, work in process, and finished goods. Update unit communication boards with daily metrics and provide next-shift production schedules and turnover meetings. Attend daily scheduling meetings with Planning and discuss status of past-due items and daily requirements.

Salary:

$65K+ with benefits.
