What You'll Do:

As the Powder Coating Supervisor, you'll oversee daily production in our Powder Coat department, working closely with internal teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety. You'll manage employees, maintain equipment, monitor inventory, and ensure the finishing process meets our exacting standards — all while fostering a productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and schedule daily production activities Ensure proper oven cure temperatures and conveyor line speeds Monitor coating quality, color matching, mil thickness, and packaging standards Collaborate across departments for seamless workflow Identify and resolve production issues Maintain inventory and order materials Lead training and employee development Uphold safety procedures and production documentation What You Bring to the

Table:

5+ years in a manufacturing environment 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role Hands-on powder coating experience (preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Tech-savvy with MS Office Suite Forklift certified (or willing to train) Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
