is a locally owned and operated moving company serving Southern Utah for over 15 years. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking, and experienced Moving Foreman / Crew Leader to help lead our moving crews and maintain our high standards of customer service. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys physical work, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and knows how to motivate a team. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, communicates well with customers, and can efficiently manage moving jobs from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise moving crews during residential and commercial moves. Coordinate loading, transportation, and unloading of household goods. Ensure furniture and belongings are properly wrapped, protected, and handled. Communicate professionally with customers throughout the moving process. Keep crews productive, organized, and on schedule. Train and mentor new movers on proper techniques and safety procedures. Inspect trucks, equipment, and supplies before and after jobs. Handle challenges and make decisions efficiently on job sites. Complete job paperwork and communicate updates to management. Take responsibility for overall job quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For We want someone who treats every customer's belongings as if they were their own.
