Quality:
pass line clearances and audits, keep batch records right the first time, and hold first-pass yield at 98%+
Efficiency:
keep your lines running to plan at 85%+ equipment effectiveness (OEE), with fast changeovers and minimal unplanned downtime On schedule: hit your shift's production targets and hand off on plan
People:
keep your crew trained and cross-trained, with attendance and overtime on track Standards & housekeeping: maintain a clean, audit-ready, GMP-compliant work area every shift The Perks of Joining Our Team Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage—plus a few weeks of paid parental leave when it matters most Paid time off and holidays to help you unwind and recharge Real opportunities to grow your skills and make an impact as we evolve A collaborative team that's adaptable, supportive, and driven to succeed together A 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions to help you build your future Ready to innovate with us?
