Weekend Weld Lead Fri. - Sun. 4am - 4pm (20% shift premium and overtime over 36 hours!) OEM offers: Great starting wages and shift premiums! Air-conditioned shop! Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on welding and fitting alongside team members Coordinate daily welding activities to meet production goals Provide direction, guidance, and support to weld team members Promote a strong safety and quality culture Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency Assist with employee training and development

Qualifications:

5+ years of welding or related manufacturing experience Strong welding and fitting skills Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols Previous leadership experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills
