About the Role As a Manufacturing Floor Supervisor, you will drive operational excellence by leading production teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring key performance indicators are consistently met. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, utilizing lean methodologies to empower your team and achieve high-quality output. Responsibilities Lead and mentor production staff to cultivate a highly engaged, high-performing team environment. Analyze production metrics and tier board data to identify root causes of performance gaps and implement effective corrective actions. Execute lean process audits to ensure adherence to operational standards and drive efficiency. Facilitate training and coaching on lean tools to enhance team technical proficiency and productivity. Coordinate with team leads to manage production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel, equipment, and materials. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to production methods to reduce scrap and increase throughput. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, development, and performance management. Ensure strict compliance with quality policies and safety standards across all manufacturing processes. Qualifications Required Skills Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data to drive decision-making. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience in a production setting. Familiarity with ERP systems and HR management software. Solid understanding of financial and HR principles relevant to operations management.
