This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who likes to be in the action, not behind a desk. As a Production Supervisor, you'll be the person who keeps the operation running smoothly—setting the tone, solving problems in real time, and leading a team that depends on you to keep production moving safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing Lead and supervise daily production operations, including machine setup and operation

Train and coach employees on equipment use, safety, and performance expectations

Keep production on track while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards

Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and leadership

Address employee issues head-on by investigating concerns and driving solutions

Proven leadership or supervisory experience

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

A safety-first mindset with knowledge of OSHA and occupational safety requirements
