Full-Time, Monday-Friday | Swing Shift Starting pay is $20.25/hour , with the opportunity to increase to $21.00/hour after six months based on production rate. Schedule Swing Shift

6:00 AM

PM, Monday-Friday Afternoon Turn:

2:30 PM

•11:00 PM, Monday-Friday $2.00/hour shift differential for the afternoon turn Possible overtime and Saturdays as needed Responsibilities Operate manual and automatic cycle dies/presses. Use setup chart manuals to make size and tooling changes. Perform adjustments on roll former equipment. Operate a forklift to load steel coils and other raw materials into the press. Perform die setups and maintain product quality. Lift up to 50 pounds. Requirements Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred. Ability to follow setup charts and work instructions. Forklift experience is a plus. Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail. Must be flexible to work both day and afternoon shifts.
