As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. Loading and unloading wood products weighing up to 50 pounds Ensuring the quality and safety of products during handling Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Following safety protocols and procedures at all times Assisting team members to meet production goals efficiently What's Needed? Previous manufacturing required; training will be provided Ability to work in non-climate controlled and dusty environments Comfortable with physical tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude What's in it for me?
