! A busy manufacturing operation in the Madison area is bringing on additional team members to keep up with production demand. If you're someone who shows up ready to work, takes ownership of your station, and wants a long-term spot at a stable plant — this one's worth a look. Prior factory time helps but isn't required; we'll get you trained up. Daily Tasks Run assembly and production work along the line, holding to spec and safety expectations Check completed parts and units against quality standards before they move on Operate machinery during your shift and watch for performance issues Keep your area clean, stocked, and free of trip or pinch hazards Follow the work instructions posted at your station and stay on the day's schedule Speak up early when you spot a defect, machine problem, or unsafe condition Hit your shift's output number and back up teammates when the line needs it Share ideas during huddles or improvement meetings — good ones get adopted Who Fits This Role Some experience in a plant, warehouse, or assembly setting is a bonus — not required Can stay on your feet through a full shift and handle repetitive motion comfortably Routinely lift items up to 10 lbs without difficulty Detail-oriented — you don't let small things slip past you Solid attendance record and dependable ride to work Cooperative on a crew, takes the job seriously Pay Structure 1st
