This role brings agencies, nonprofits, faith communities, businesses, and residents together to improve outcomes for families. The right candidate is an organized community connector who can facilitate a strong alliance, supervise frontline work, translate data into action, and keep partners moving toward shared results. What you will do Lead day-to-day implementation of the 100 Families model in the assigned county. Develop and maintain relationships with Alliance partners, nonprofits, state and local agencies, courts, community supervision, child welfare, businesses, healthcare providers, schools, faith communities, and residents. Plan, convene, facilitate, and document monthly Alliance meetings that provide progress updates, strengthen referrals, identify system barriers, and coordinate action. Serve as a local subject-matter resource on the 100 Families model, processes, technology, and partner expectations. Recruit and onboard Point of Contact Providers and other community partners. Supervise, coach, and support Family Advocates as assigned, including workload review, documentation quality, performance feedback, and problem solving. Collect, review, analyze, and present client and community data using understandable reports, dashboards, charts, and narratives. Prepare accurate and timely program, grant, board, stakeholder, and public updates. Monitor implementation milestones, partner participation, referral activity, outcomes, and corrective actions. Identify service gaps and convene partners to develop practical solutions for individuals and families. Advocate for families while maintaining confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical practice. Participate in BTGA and Restore Hope meetings, training, supervision, and continuous quality-improvement activities. Represent BTGA and the initiative professionally and perform other related duties as assigned. Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of relevant experience, or substantial directly related experience considered in place of a degree. Experience leading partnerships, coalitions, programs, or community initiatives. Supervision or team-leadership experience. Strong facilitation, writing, presentation, data, project-management, and technology skills. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally. Ability to complete required job-related screenings. Preferred qualifications Established relationships in Miller or Sevier County. Knowledge of Arkansas justice, child welfare, behavioral health, recovery, housing, or family-support systems. Collective-impact, grant-reporting, case-management-system, or dashboard experience. Work requirements Frequent in-person meetings and community travel. Flexible schedule for monthly Alliance meetings and community events. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required. Join us in this rewarding role where your energy meets purpose! Help strengthen families, support vulnerable children, and build healthier communities through proactive coordination and compassionate service delivery.
