Our client, a leading aluminum manufacturing company, is seeking a Helper to join their team. As a Helper, you will be part of the Production team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong safety mindset, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Schedule:

Sunday, 8:00 PM - 4:20 AM, and Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM - 4:20 AM. What's the Job? Set up, operate, and assist with equipment used to process aluminum products, including stretchers, saws, pallet jacks, and hoists. Perform material handling activities including stretching, pre-rolling, roll-straightening, shearing, and preparing aluminum products for heat treatment. Inspect products, check dimensions, and monitor quality to ensure materials meet production specifications. Pack, weigh, and prepare finished products while maintaining accurate production records and documentation. Perform basic equipment maintenance and work-area upkeep, including lubrication, changing saw blades and rollers, tightening bolts, and cleaning equipment. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Material handling or manufacturing/production experience. Ability to safely operate or learn to operate production equipment and material-handling equipment. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety and quality. What's in it for me?
