This position is responsible for assisting the production planner, data entry, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will possess some knowledge and experience with ERP systems, along with manufacturing principles, although this will be taught and not completely necessary. Duties Maintain production schedules to optimize workflow and meet customer demands. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless supply chain management and timely delivery of materials. Enter and review production data to ensure quality control standards are being maintained. Prepare reports, invoices, and shipping documents. Experience Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is ideal, but not necessary. Understanding of supply chain processes and systems. Familiarity with manufacturing principles. Analytical skills with the capability to interpret data. Communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively across teams and customers.
