Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Swing Shift:
Day/Swing What's the Job? Assemble medical devices following detailed manufacturing instructions, SOPs, and regulatory standards such as Federal QSR and
ISO 13485
Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance Accurately document lot history records and component accountability Set up and operate manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment Maintain proper gowning procedures, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards in a controlled manufacturing environment What's Needed? Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work with microscopes, tweezers, soldering irons, and small hand tools Cleanroom or regulated manufacturing experience (medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical) is preferred but not required Ability to clearly speak, read, and understand English Reliable, trainable, and comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment What's in it for me?
