About Us Ecoological is a family-owned manufacturer of automotive aftermarket products. We make truck bumper, grille, and body overlays and appliqués, including our Shellz product line. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on team member who takes pride in quality work and enjoys a variety of shop and manufacturing tasks. About the Role This full-time, in-person position splits the workweek between our manufacturing facility in Rocklin and our paint and installation shop in Auburn. You'll work at each location on scheduled days, based on production needs and shop projects. At the Auburn Paint and Installation Shop Assist the shop manager with installing automotive aftermarket accessories. Prepare parts and truck beds for bed-liner application. Sand and prepare parts for painting. Assist the lead painter with preparation and finishing tasks. Inspect finished parts and assist with de-nibbing, polishing, and buffing. Independent spray painting is not required for this position, but there may be opportunities to learn and advance into painting responsibilities. At the Rocklin Manufacturing Facility Operate thermoforming and CNC equipment as assigned. Finish part edges using sanders and deburring tools. Apply 3M adhesive tape to finished parts. Pick, pack, and box orders for shipment. Check parts for quality throughout production and finishing. Who We're Looking For Someone who is dependable, comfortable working with their hands, attentive to detail, and able to follow instructions and work with a team. You must be willing and able to report to either the Rocklin or Auburn location according to the weekly schedule. One year of painting experience is preferred. Work Environment This is hands-on work in manufacturing and automotive shop environments. Duties involve frequent use of hands, extended periods of standing, work in confined spaces, and work around paints, coatings, and other shop materials. Pay and Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. $19-$21 per hour. Employee discount. In-person work at both Rocklin and Auburn locations. Ecoological is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
