Roma Moulding is growing our print-on-demand and custom framing operation at our new Atlanta-area facility, and we are looking for Production Associates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. This is a hands-on role where speed, quality, accuracy, and teamwork matter every day. You will be producing real customer orders, working with production equipment, assembling products, inspecting quality, and helping us get orders out the door on time. If you have previous production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or fulfillment experience and enjoy staying busy throughout your shift, we want to meet you. About Roma Moulding Roma Moulding is a design-driven, innovation-led company transforming the global art and framing industry. We print art. We manufacture frames. We assemble custom products. And increasingly, we are building the infrastructure to deliver customized art and framing products on demand and at scale. Our new Atlanta-area facility is an important part of that growth, bringing together print-on-demand, custom framing, assembly, packaging, and fulfillment under one roof.
Our ultimate goal is simple:
To Move, Inspire & WOW!!! About the Role As a Production Associate, you will work as part of our production team to manufacture, assemble, inspect, package, and prepare custom art and framing products for our customers. Depending on your assigned workstation and training, you may work in printing, moulding cutting and joining, mat cutting, custom framing, assembly, quality control, packaging, or fulfillment. You do not need to be an expert in custom framing. We can teach you our products and processes. What we do need is previous experience working in a fast-paced production or assembly environment and an understanding of what it means to work toward daily production and quality targets. What You Will Do Assemble and prepare custom art and framing products according to order specifications. Work at assigned production stations to meet daily output targets. Operate production tools, machinery, and equipment safely and accurately. Measure, cut, join, fit, inspect, or package products depending on your assigned area. Inspect materials and finished products for quality, accuracy, and damage. Package completed products carefully and prepare orders for shipment. Keep materials replenished so production continues without unnecessary delays. Follow standardized work instructions, production procedures, and safety requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation. Identify and report quality, equipment, or material issues quickly. Cross-train in different areas of production and move between workstations as business needs change. Work as part of the team to achieve daily production, quality, and fulfillment goals. What Success Looks Like You consistently meet production and quality expectations. You work with speed and urgency while maintaining accuracy.
