Full-time Job Description Full Steam Staffing is hiring an organized and detail-oriented MES Clerk to join our manufacturing and production operations team in Madera, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for entering production data, tracking work orders, and monitoring material tracking systems to ensure accurate and seamless operations across the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, update, and audit production, inventory, and batch data within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES)Review and reconcile production work orders, bill of materials (BOM), and material usage logsCollaborate with line operators, supervisors, and warehouse staff to resolve data discrepancies in real timeGenerate daily production metrics, shift summaries, and throughput reports for plant managementAssist with printing and issuing production labels, lot tags, and routing paperworkEnsure all data entry complies with company quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation protocolsMaintain a clean, organized work environment and assist with general administrative duties as needed

Afternoon / Evening hours (Overtime and weekend availability may be required based on production needs)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required1+ years of clerical, data entry, inventory, or production clerk experience in a manufacturing, food processing, or warehouse environment preferredPrior experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.), or WMS software is a strong plusProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and 10-key data entry with high accuracyStrong basic math, problem-solving, and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work comfortably in both an office setting and active plant floor environmentsReliable transportation and punctual attendance record
