Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor processing equipment including meal line, butter mill, batch roaster, oil and dry roasters, and slicing machines
Set up, start, adjust, and shut down machinery according to standard procedures
Monitor product quality (color, size, texture, and defects) and reports any discrepancies.
Identify and report equipment issues; perform minor troubleshooting as needed
Safely operate forklift and pallet jack to move raw materials and finished goods
Load and unload bins, equipment, and production lines
Maintain accurate production and inventory records with full traceability
Perform routine equipment and forklift inspections
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas as required
Follow all safety, GMP, SQF, and company policies
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Assist in other production or warehouse tasks as needed

Pay:

$18.25 - $18.75 per hour
