This person will be involved in all activities of production and quality of product.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review WIP (Work in Progress) report for production to track and chase the approvals to ensure that deliveries are maintained. Communicate with Asia suppliers on quality under management's direction. File submits and organizes samples Review inspection emails and update data system. Measure samples, construction and quality of samples to review with management. Alert QC manager and merchandiser to any quality issues and follow-up with suppliers on corrective action plan. Provide reports to management. Write up non-compliance to review with management and provide to vendors. Perform local garment inspection as needed. Organize garments for local correction. Support the team with any sample related tasks or errands. Sort samples and organize samples for sample sale. Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience as production assistant, quality or a passion for the industry. Computer-savvy and excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Reliable, punctual and professional. Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Must be able to lift or move up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
