In this role, you'll help support the manufacturing process from raw materials through finished products while operating equipment, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Candidates with experience as a Manufacturing Associate, Production Associate, Production Worker, Machine Operator, General Laborer, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Chemical Operator, Process Operator, or Manufacturing Technician are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Operate production equipment following standard operating procedures Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process Perform equipment startup and shutdown activities as directed Maintain accurate production counts and documentation Support material handling and production operations Keep production areas clean, organized, and safe Cross-train across multiple production processes Follow all quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures Requirements Manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred Ability to safely lift up to 55 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Basic math skills and attention to detail Ability to follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment Forklift experience is a plus Chemical or industrial manufacturing experience is a plus Willingness to work overtime as needed If you have experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, machine operation, material handling, or general labor and are looking to grow your career in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.
