Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the assembly line during our busy season, November - December. As a Seasonal Production Team Member, you will support our core team in production operations through tasks such as packing, sealing, labeling and organizing finished goods. This is a hands on role where accuracy, teamwork, and reliability are essential. Seasonal working period:
Now - December 15th (Potential for extension through end of December based on production needs.) 1: Full time, Monday - Friday 7:00-3:30pm. 1: Part time between hours of 7:00- 4:30pm depending on production or shipping needs. Responsibilities Assist with production line duties including filling, sealing, labeling, and packaging products. Ensure accurate label placement and quality presentation of packaged goods. Perform assembly tasks on the production line, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications that meet company standards. Work quickly and efficiently to achieve daily production goals. Maintain a clean and safe workstation in compliance with food safety and workplace safety guidelines. Follow instructions from supervisors and adapt to shifting priorities as needed. Operate various types of machinery and equipment, including forklifts, scales, power tools, to assist in manufacturing processes. Utilize hand tools effectively for assembling components and products as required. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines efficiently. Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations as needed. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to mechanical knowledge and factory operations. Cross train in picking and packaging of finished goods to support high volume of shipments during the busy season. Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge is a plus, enabling effective troubleshooting of equipment issues. Although minimal, ability to operate forklifts safely; certification may be required. Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively within a production setting. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Previous experience in production, packaging, or food manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
