Required Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or similar hands-on environment.
• Experience operating manufacturing/production equipment and following established procedures.
• Ability to perform quality checks and inspect products for defects or inconsistencies.
• Ability to identify and escalate equipment or product issues to a Lead or Supervisor.
• Ability to work onsite during daytime hours and work overtime (OT) as needed.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform occasional bending, stooping, pushing/pulling, and moving products between work areas.
• Must be comfortable wearing closed-toe shoes and working in a manufacturing environment.

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or a similar industrial environment.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing or a quality-focused production environment.
• Experience with equipment troubleshooting and basic manufacturing quality-control processes.
• Previous experience working in a team-based production environment with daily productivity and quality goals.
• Experience working with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety requirements.
