Overview:
Darey Brands™ Production Associate will work together with the production team to produce the highest quality products while maintaining the standards of safety and efficiency. This is a full-time, non-exempt position and reports directly to the Plant Manager.

Understand and follow the Company's HACCP and GMP guidelines for processing and production.
Maintain standards of sanitation during production.
Operate all equipment and machinery per company SOP guidelines.
Use correct packaging for production when operating machines.
Monitor coder/printer for quality of print code, date and accuracy.
Stack off and palletize products neatly and uniformly.
Complete production paperwork accurately and legibly.
Replace and change film sizes and film rolls.
Move palletized products in and out of the incubation room and into the blast chiller.
Participate in product and equipment change overs.
Rinse and sanitize equipment and machinery before, during, and after use where applicable.
Break-down, clean and set up machinery and equipment after production.
Check the chemical concentrations and record data were applicable.
Pull and prepare all the necessary supplies and ingredients for production.
Ensure accurate inventory and tracking of stacked products. High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working in manufacturing preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.
Must be able to frequently lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to withstand frequent periods of standing, squatting, walking, climbing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending, and flexing the arms, legs, wrists, hands and fingers.
The work is repetitive.
Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
