This is a boots-on-the-floor, sleeves-rolled-up, lead-by-example kind of role. We're a boutique manufacturer producing anywhere from 100 to 10,000 units per batch, using a mix of manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic equipment to maintain flexibility and precision. Working with 20+ brands, we craft high-quality beauty, wellness, and supplement products — from skin care to tinctures, powders, gummies, and even pet care. What You'll Do:

You will be one of the "Strong 3" associates on our team that is supervised, trained and guided by our production manager. You will execute 3

Core Tasks:

Running Equipment. Formulating Batches. Maintaining Documentation & SOPs. Formulate products across a variety of categories: beauty, skincare, bath, powder & gummy supplements, pet care, tinctures (oil, glycerin, alcohol-based). Maintain documentation and SOPs required by our c

What You Bring:

Experience in formulating and manufacturing products (cosmetic, supplements or food preferred). Experience with cGMP, SOPs, and production documentation — you know how to follow (and enforce) the rules. Detail-oriented but fast-moving — organized chaos is your playground . Willingness to learn, grow, and lead — there's serious potential here for the right person. Strong communication skills — you can lead people, and work cross-functionally with the warehouse team.
