We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our print and graphics production team. This is a hands-on position working with banners, signs, decals, vehicle graphics, vinyl, and other large-format print products. Experience in the sign, print, or graphics industry is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person. More important to us is finding someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working with their hands.

Responsibilities Daily responsibilities may include:

Finishing printed banners, including hemming and installing grommets Operating flatbed cutting equipment Operating vinyl plotters/cutters Weeding cut vinyl and decals Applying transfer tape to decals and lettering Applying adhesive vinyl and printed graphics to ACM and other sign substrates Cleaning and preparing vehicles for vinyl graphics and vehicle wraps Assisting with general sign and graphics production Organizing materials, tools, and completed jobs Keeping production tables and work areas clean General shop cleaning and maintenance Assisting other production team members as needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Is dependable and shows up ready to work Has strong attention to detail Is comfortable performing hands-on work Can follow instructions and established production processes Takes pride in producing clean, professional finished products Is willing to learn new equipment and techniques Can work independently once trained Works well as part of a small team Keeps their workspace clean and organized Is comfortable working on their feet for much of the day Can safely lift and handle sign materials, rolls of vinyl, banners, and other production supplies Previous experience with signs, vinyl graphics, vehicle wraps, large-format printing, plotters, flatbed cutters, or similar equipment is helpful but not necessary. About the Position This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and wants to learn the sign, print, and vehicle graphics industry. The work changes from day to day—you may be finishing banners one morning, producing decals the next, and helping prepare a vehicle for graphics later that afternoon. We are looking for someone who wants to become a valuable part of the production team rather than simply clock in and out. Reliability, quality of work, and a willingness to learn are extremely important to us. If you are mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on projects, have an eye for detail, and like seeing a finished product at the end of the day, this position may be a great fit.

Pay:

$16.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
