Hardware Press Operator Our client located in Thornton, is seeking hardware press operator for 1st and 2nd shift. The Hardware Press Operator is responsible for installing PEM hardware into manufactured parts using Haeger hardware installation equipment. This position requires the ability to follow work orders, interpret engineering drawings, select the correct hardware and tooling, and ensure parts meet quality specifications. What's in it for you? Hardware Press Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 /hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 01:30pm to 10:00pm) Install the correct PEM hardware according to work orders, travelers, and engineering drawings. Set up Haeger installation presses using the appropriate tooling for each hardware type. Program machine controllers to ensure proper installation settings and specifications. Request Quality Assurance (QA) personnel to inspect first articles before proceeding with production. Scan work orders into the E2 software system at the beginning and completion of each job. Identify and select the correct hardware based on material type, thickness, and job requirements. Learn PEM hardware part numbers and understand how to interpret their specifications. Reference the PEM catalog to identify hardware and obtain necessary installation information. Work collaboratively with team members to safely handle and position large parts. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following established safety procedures.

Hardware Press Operator Qualifications:

Experience operating manufacturing machinery or press equipment. Ability to identify different material types and gauges. Forklift operating experience. Familiarity with basic hand tools.
