We are looking for an adaptable and motivated individual to help with Set Up & Dismantle for our event at the University of Connecticut.

Duties:

Unloading box truck, unpacking of display properties, lifting and assembly of display assets and graphics, assist our onsite manager in the complete setup of event space. You will also assist with dismantle and repack the assets after the event. Heavy lifting and ladder climbing will be required. You should be able to lift 50 lbs. (The attached picture is an example of the event setup)

Set Up:

Tuesday, September 15th

• 9am•5pm (arrive by 8:30am)

Dismantle:

Wednesday, September 16th

• after event is complete, 3pm
• 9pm (arrive by 2:30pm) Hours are approximate and you will be expected to stay until completion. If interested and qualified, you may want to work the event itself as a brand ambassador
• approx 4-5 hours.

Attire:

Solid color shirt unbranded (preferably black). Jeans, shorts, t-shirts, sneakers/work boots. No large logos, pictures, sayings or holes. Dress appropriately for the weather. Bring food/drinks for breaks.
