We're looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team in the Gluing Department. In this role, you'll be an essential part of assembling foam blocks into high-quality structures, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the process.

Shift:

2nd Shift - M-F - 1:30 PM-10

PM Pay Rate:

$18.00

Responsibilities:

Perform precise gluing tasks, assembling foam blocks according to established guidelines. Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet AEC's standards. Safely manage and organize foam materials throughout the production process. Work effectively with team members and follow supervisor instructions to achieve production goals. Propose improvements to enhance process efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing experience is required, with a preference for experience in foam production or gluing. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
