Manufacturing Positions Include:

Assembly Deburring and Finishing Visual Inspection Machine Operating Hand Packing Quality Control Inspection, including First Article Inspection (FAI),

In-Process Inspection, and Final Inspection What We're Looking For:

Interest in manufacturing and hands-on production work Strong mechanical aptitude and an understanding of how things work Comfortable working with small parts and performing repetitive tasks Excellent attention to detail and quality Ability to follow instructions and production procedures Manufacturing experience is a plus, but many positions are open to entry-level candidates Experience using a microscope may be required for certain inspection roles Technical school training, mechanical trades experience, or hands-on hobbies involving detailed work can be valuable Have a mechanical background Some of our manufacturing openings are a great fit for candidates with experience in: Automotive repair or auto mechanics HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair Machine maintenance or mechanical troubleshooting Mechanical assembly or equipment repair Other mechanically intensive occupations If you enjoy working with your hands, using tools, troubleshooting, and understanding how mechanical components work together, your experience may transfer well to manufacturing!
