Requirements :

High school diploma or GED preferred. No prior experience is required, previous work in construction, manufacturing, or similar fields is a plus. Ability to read and pass a tape measure test. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus. Communication skills and the ability to follow directions. Ability to safely lift 50 pounds at any given time during shift and stand for extended periods. Must be able to read a production print/instructions from a tablet or have the ability to learn. Willingness to work as part of a team. Employer conducts Background Checks, Drug and Nicotine Testing.

Job Responsibilities :

Assist in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of prestressed concrete products. Handle materials such as concrete, rebar, and cables used in production. Set up forms, molds, and reinforcement components as directed by the supervisor. Perform basic labor duties, including lifting, moving, and positioning materials. Clean and maintain molds, tools, and equipment to ensure proper function. Assist in dismantling forms after concrete has been set. Must adhere to company safety standards, including the personal protective equipment required for the area. Personal protective equipment will be required for most areas to work, including boots, hard hats and gloves. Depending on the position, safety glasses, hearing protection, dust mask and other PPE may be required. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment. This is a full-time position that may vary outside the normal work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Depending on the area you work in, the shift may require working in the early morning or at night and sometimes overtime, or weekend shifts to meet production needs.
