Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, operating and monitoring production equipment, following recipes and quality standards, and packaging finished goods. The role ensures food safety, sanitation, and accurate documentation of batches. You will collaborate with QA and warehouse teams to meet schedules, maintain inventory of materials, and support line changeovers. This position is ideal for detail-oriented, hands-on team players passionate about high-quality, authentic food. Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and adjust food production equipment to meet daily targets Prepare and scale ingredients according to standardized recipes and specifications Follow food safety, HACCP, and sanitation procedures at all times Inspect in-process and finished products for quality, weight, and labeling accuracy Accurately record batch data, lot codes, and production counts Assist with line changeovers, setups, and basic equipment cleaning Work with QA and warehouse teams to ensure materials and packaging availability Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with company standards Report equipment issues and participate in basic troubleshooting Support continuous improvement efforts for safety, quality, and efficiency Required Skills Food production operations Food safety and sanitation HACCP principles Batch documentation and recordkeeping Production equipment operation Basic mechanical troubleshooting Quality control and inspection Packaging line operations Inventory and material handling GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
