Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Helper to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will assist in various production tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of the assembly line and contributing to the overall success of our production goals. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Duties Assist in the assembly of products on the production line, ensuring quality standards are met. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks. Support the fabrication of components as needed, following established procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory or warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency. Operate forklifts as required for moving materials around the facility (if certified). Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line processes is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand basic machinery operations. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Physical capability to lift and move materials as needed throughout the shift. Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided. A commitment to adhering to safety standards and practices at all times.
