This hands-on leadership role manages a team of approximately 15-25 employees while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer requirements are met. $21-$25/hour ✅ Incentive Bonus Program ✅ Consistent Full-Time Schedule ✅ Family-Owned Company with Nearly 40 Years of Success ✅ Advancement & Leadership Development Opportunities ✅ Stable Manufacturing Environment ✅ Team-Oriented Culture What You'll Do Lead and support a production team of 15-25 employees Assign workstations and manage daily staffing needs Monitor line performance, productivity, and quality standards Ensure products are packaged, labeled, assembled, and palletized according to customer specifications Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate production goals Train, coach, and develop team members Complete production documentation and quality records Identify and escalate production, equipment, inventory, or quality issues Assist with line setups, changeovers, and startup activities Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Drive accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Conduct daily inventory reconciliation for finished goods and in process materials What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, co-packing, or industrial operations experience Leadership, Team Lead, or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate, train, and lead employees Basic computer skills Experience with safety, quality, and production standards Thrive with attention to detail Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs.
