WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and modify specification of product and coordinate outsourcing production.
• Lead and skill up cell members
• Manage specification of product and modify option of vehicle
• Maintain BOM (Bill of material) and master part list of vehicles.
• Cooperate with the Technology Team for successful launching of new products
• Manage new part application in the production system for smooth production.
• Develop knowledge of production system and come up innovative idea
• Develop production plans to ensure continuous production.
• Communicate with the Manufacturing Units on a regular basis; modify production plans referring to their feedback (e.g., the level of production, demands).
• Meet all other requirements as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Bachelor's degree required Minimum 5-10 years of related job experience (Minimum 3 years of managing experience) Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications Deep understanding of SCM (Supply Chain Management) Advanced degree in a related field preferred Years of experience from Automotive industry strongly preferred Domestic / International travel required.

This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods.

Responsibilities may include:

• Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively
• Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required
• Adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly
• Consistent and punctual attendance
• Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment
