Position Title :

Production Specialist 

Staff Level:

$65k per year 

Assistant Manager Level:

$70k-$75k per year ■

General Responsibilities :

 Assist with preparing and managing daily production plans and schedules  Monitor daily production performance, output, and achievement against production targets  Manage and coordinate operator allocation and manpower assignments  Monitor assembly line operations and identify production issues, delays, or inefficiencies  Report production and quality issues to the Production Department Manager and relevant departments  Ensure production activities comply with established quality and production standards  Support production performance and productivity improvement initiatives  Analyze basic production data and prepare daily or periodic production reports  Follow up on production issues and corrective actions  Assist with training and onboarding of new production operators  Support the implementation of 5S and workplace improvement activities  Communicate and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and other departments  Support new process or production changes as needed  Perform other production-related duties assigned by the Department Manager ■

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Basic understanding of production management and manufacturing processes Previous experience or internship in automotive or manufacturing operations preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with production operators and cross-functional teams Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail Proactive attitude with the ability to identify issues and suggest solutions Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment ■

Preferred Qualifications :

 Experience in production, manufacturing, automotive, or assembly operations  Experience with production planning, manpower allocation, or production reporting  Knowledge of 5S, quality control, productivity improvement, or lean manufacturing  Experience working with production KPIs or performance data  Korean-English bilingual skills are a plus
