Join Our Coffee Roasting Team! We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Coffee Production Specialist to join our fast-paced coffee roasting facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a production environment. Experience in coffee production or manufacturing is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Weigh and grind coffee beans according to customer and production specifications. Fill coffee bags accurately and ensure proper sealing. Label and package finished coffee products with accurate product information. Operate grinders, scales, bagging equipment, and other production machinery. Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans and packaging materials and report shortages. Inspect finished products to ensure proper weight, sealing, labeling, and overall quality. Follow production procedures and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area. Clean and maintain production equipment as required. Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math skills for weighing and measuring. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation. Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. Good hand-eye coordination. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move bags and materials as needed. Dependable, punctual, and team oriented. Previous production, manufacturing, or coffee industry experience is a plus. Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
