Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Team Member! In this energetic role, you'll be an essential part of our manufacturing facility, contributing to the efficient production of high-quality products. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move materials and components throughout the factory floor. Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure parts meet specifications. Assist with mechanical assembly and manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, on the production line. Follow manufacturing processes and production documents accurately to maintain quality standards. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to uphold safety protocols and standards in production. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions. Manage assembly line activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks while adhering to safety standards. Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly is essential. Familiarity with forklift operation, safety protocol adherence, and heavy lifting techniques. Knowledge of manufacturing management practices, lean manufacturing principles, and process improvement methods. Ability to interpret technical drawings and use measuring instruments accurately. Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to work effectively on assembly lines or managing production teams in a fast-paced setting. Pay:
$14.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
